Thanks to a partnership with the Kentucky Office of Highway Safety, the Fort Thomas Police Department has recently acquired five new Preliminary Breath Test (PBT) devices and two new in-car stalker radars.

The Kentucky Office of Highway Safety allocates federal grant funding to law enforcement and other agencies related to highway safety. This collaboration with the Fort Thomas Police Department helps keep officers equipped with updated technology through an effective and cooperative partnership. Officers will begin using this new equipment this week during city patrols.
