Local initiative aims to boost business during slow winter months

The NKY Chamber has launched an initiative named "Dine NKY" to support local businesses during the challenging months of January and February. These months are traditionally difficult for small businesses due to reduced consumer activity. The recent closure of the Daniel Carter Beard Bridge due to a fire has further impacted businesses in Northern Kentucky (NKY).

The Chamber encourages community members to dine at locally owned bars and restaurants. Participants are invited to document their visits by taking photos or recording short videos, tagging the establishment, and sharing them on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #DineNKY.

Those who participate by sharing images at local venues will be eligible for weekly drawings, with prizes including a $50 restaurant gift card. Additionally, there will be a grand prize drawing offering $300 in gift cards valid at various bars and restaurants across the NKY region.
