Not every bike ride is about speed. Sometimes, slowing down can create more meaningful experiences. This Sunday, cyclists will gather for a slow ride to honor Sam Scott, who was tragically killed in 2012 by a drunk driver while biking home.
The event aims to promote safer streets and remind everyone on the road that each life matters. Participants are invited to join the ride on May 18 at 1:30 p.m. starting from The Post – Pours & Rations.
The slow ride serves as a tribute to Sam's memory and as an effort to raise awareness about bike safety.
