The Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky, known as TANK, is reaching out to residents of Fort Thomas for their input. They are conducting a survey to understand what factors would encourage people to use their TANK+ service for the first time or more frequently if they already use it.
The feedback collected through this survey is considered crucial for TANK. "Your feedback helps TANK (Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky) transform this service to meet the needs of their riders," they highlighted.
