The City of Fort Thomas has announced it is accepting proposals from Certified Public Accounting firms or forensic auditing firms to conduct a forensic audit. The audit aims to deliver an independent and detailed review that will identify the nature, origin, and circumstances behind certain errors, as well as clarify which previous expenses were included in the amount of $322,498.
Proposals must be submitted by December 11 at 4:00 p.m. Those interested in submitting a proposal are advised to consult the Proposal Submission Instructions for further details. For any questions regarding the process, inquiries can be directed to Matthew Kremer at mkremer@ftthomas.org.
The city also provides access to past yearly audit reports on its website for reference purposes.
