The City of Fort Thomas has announced it is accepting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide contracted Human Resources services. The selected provider will work closely with the city’s administrative team, offering ongoing HR support, guidance, and strategic planning.
According to the city, this initiative aims to form a contractual relationship with an HR services provider who can act as an extension of the administration. All interested parties are required to submit their proposals by November 21 at 4:00 p.m. Details about how to submit a proposal are available in the Proposal Submission Instructions.
